The one thing I've realized about Dr. Hemphill and his staff compared to other orthodontist offices is that they genuinely care. My son and I have been doing the braces treatment for about 8 months now and we can tell that Dr. Hemphill truly wants to make a difference and help us to expedite our treatment as we have an event coming up. DON'T WAIT BOOK YOUR APPT NOW. I am gearing up for jaw surgery and that means I need adult braces (insert cringe). Surgery of this magnitude takes a lot of prep work with the teeth, and I needed a competent Dr. with experience as well as staff I enjoy being with and get along with... after all, I will be spending about 2 years of my life with these people. I interviewed several offices and Hemphill Ortho was by FAR the best. The staff is kind and caring, and Dr. Hemphill did a wonderful job of listening to my story and concerns. He explained the treatment plan to me (several times, I had a lot of questions) without talking down to me. They know who I am when I call, and Dr. Hemphill seems genuinely invested in the success of not only my braces, but the upcoming surgery as well. I've already decided if my kids need braces we'll bring them to this office. I'd give 10 stars if I could!- Lindsay
